The spring market is once again in full swing with very strong activity in the condo and townhouse sectors! Detached homes are also moving steady with more activity in the lower price points!
It would appear that the relative unaffordability of detached homes has caused a major push into the more affordable strata market! We have seen fairly significant price increases for both condo`s and townhouses!
