In the last two weeks we have transitioned into a full spring market with very strong sales activity on entry to mid price range detached homes. Demand is currently stronger than supply with multiple offers on many listings! Townhouses are also posting strong activity and yet condo`s are still lagging behind. Interest rates are now at all time lows!
