Condo`s and Townhouse continue to be strong but have simmered from the frenzied spring market! Detached homes are moving well in areas where the price points are still under a million dollars! Homes priced in the upper end have slowed considerably and we are experiencing some downward pressure on pricing!
A well kept home priced correctly is still a desirable commodity and achieving good steady sales activity!
